Good test. But AI tells you how your product sounds, not necessarily why people actually switch to it.

A better test: ask your last 10 customers three questions:
1. What happened that made you look for a new solution?
2. What were you using before?
3. Why did you switch?
If you see recurring patterns, you've found the foundation of your positioning

I’m locked out of my account because the login Magic Link / confirmation emails are not arriving at my address (Proton Mail).
