Today I completed a challenge. I finished a 10km run and I wasn’t last (not far off). No headphones allowed so I challenged my mindset without distraction. This time last year I wouldn’t have thought this possible. Amazing what happens with a bit of determination

@KatyaMid03 @sheena_byrom I advise them as soon as they feel they can get in and out. Lovely multitask me time for new parents- relax, snooze and clean at the same time. Love a dry bath stuffed with pillows for learning laid back feeding.

Appalling service for a broken town car requiring maintenance asap from @johnclarkmotors 5 weeks to even do diagnostics. Thank goodness for an independent local garage who saved the day immediately- took less than 5 mins. Know where all future business for our fleet will be

@Justacarehomeg1 We did the same for my mum last Christmas- her eyes lit up when I used warmed mulled wine for oral care. Our theory was we knew the outcome and knew it was coming soon so where was the harm?

@charliersmith1 Get a good sports therapist who manipulates once you’ve healed a bit. I’m 2.5 years on from a similar injury and have been running, wearing heels and able to do high impact classes due to mine got over a year now. Nhs physio wasn’t doing much.

Today I had lost more than enough weight to be able to go flying in this. Taken back to my youth and loved every second flying.
