This was me on 20th May 2020 working for the NHS on the frontline. Scared of what was to come, scared about bringing COVID home to my 7 year old, scared about what I was going to see and have to deal with. Generally living with extreme anxiety for the best past of 18 months..

This was 5 weeks after my grandad died after contracting COVID. He died alone in a hospital and had a funeral where only 10 people could attend. My own gran was still in hospital battling COVID, she couldn’t have visitors, missed her husbands funeral and didn’t get to say goodbye
