I’ve been experimenting with using myo-reps in the gym for the past 30 days instead of the traditional 3 sets of 10-12.

I’ve noticed a significant difference in strength and overall effort in the gym over that time. I’ve been tracking workouts with @FitbodApp as well and the data appears to support it. Anyone else have success with myo-reps?

Anyone else have trouble signing into @bot on a mobile device when two-factor authentication is enabled? After entering the UN/Pw, it gets stuck at “preparing verification” where it would normally show a field to enter the code; however, the fields never show. #Grokbot

We are entering the biggest real estate correction since 2008 and it will significantly bigger impacting multi family (apartments). All of this is driven by higher rates.

This correction will not include single family homes as half of all mortgages are fixed rates below 4%, so sellers may have desire to sell but no urgency to sell. On the other end large multi family institutions, developers and REITs who have debt maturing, or may be reaching the end of their fund life will be greatly affected.

If you ever dreamed of becoming a real estate investor now is the time to pay attention as this window will open and close very quickly.

@teslasi Please create the ability to have a “custom” speed profile where one can manually adjust the speed by using the scroll wheel while using one of the base profiles. There are times when the car doesn’t honor the offset settings or conditions warrant a faster/slower speeds
