Habits take about 21 days to form and solidify themselves (or so I’ve heard), so I could set better financial habits to get a head start on my resolutions or whatever…but hear me out.
I do this instead:

When talking to kids, "Hi, what's your name?" is deeply inferior to "Hi, my name's Hank!"
I have no idea why, but the second one makes them feel so much less stressed. Goes for most communication, actually...give something before you ask for something.

@RBC do you have any current plans or measures to support your clients who’ve been hit w/ credit card fraud recently, or are we going to be left on our own to find a way through endless wait times and salvaging our credit scores? Looking forward to hearing your solution to this.
So if anyone's been hit by some sort of fraud or issue with their credit card through RBC lately, is it the client's responsibility or the bank's to explain to the credit score companies keeping track of customer credit scores that no, it's actually not my fault this time?
@RBC so I've clocked in a total of 12+ hours throughout this week since last Sunday in customer service call queues for credit card fraud. Any advice other than "call again and wait", or is there a wait time loyalty rewards program that can pay for my upcoming bills this week?
