Thank you, young man, for your service and for choosing to defend our country, our freedoms, and our rights. Your courage and commitment mean more than words can express. We are so thankful to your family as they are dedicated Americans.
We are praying for you all, standing with you, and deeply appreciating everything you do to keep us safe. 🇺🇸🙏💙
Does anyone else believe that Senile Joe Biden wrote his new book, “Promise Me, America.” He reports that he wrote it alone with no ghost writer. Really? Yeah, no one will believe that Joe. Senile Joe couldn’t even debate with POTUS during the election process. He didn’t even know where he was. Wife Jill thought he was having a stroke…did he? For goodness sake, his administration forced him to retire. Unbelievable 💯

Washington residents deserve clear, transparent information about why fuel prices in our state remain significantly higher than the national average. As of today, the U.S. average price for regular gasoline is $3.89 per gallon. Washington’s statewide average is $4.98 per gallon ($1.09 per gallon higher than the national average). Then certain counties in WA such as Grays Harbor are paying $5.21 per gallon, despite being one of the state’s lower‑income, retired and older populations. This places Grays Harbor more than $1.30 above the national average.
Understanding why Washington’s fuel costs diverge so sharply from national trends requires examining the state‑level policy and regulatory environment. Four primary factors drive Washington’s elevated prices:
1. State Fuel Tax Structure
Washington imposes one of the highest fuel‑tax rates in the country, currently 55.4 cents per gallon. This tax is applied uniformly across the state and directly increases the baseline cost of fuel.
2. Climate Commitment Act (CCA)
Enacted in 2021, the CCA established a “cap‑and‑invest” carbon‑pricing system. Under this framework, major emitters—including fuel suppliers must purchase carbon allowances at state‑run auctions. These compliance costs move through the supply chain and contribute to higher retail fuel prices for residents.
3. Regional Refinery Limitations —
Washington relies almost exclusively on West Coast refineries. Because the region lacks surplus refining capacity, any operational disruption or supply constraint results in immediate price increases. This structural limitation affects Washington more than states connected to Gulf Coast or Midwest refining networks.
4. Global Crude‑Oil Volatility
Crude oil is priced on a global market. When international conditions raise crude prices, all states experience increases. However, Washington’s additional state‑level costs amplify these global fluctuations. *** However, right now this doesn’t apply as gas prices are lower nationally.
Taken together, these factors demonstrate that Washington’s fuel prices are not elevated due to a single cause. They are the result of multiple state‑level policies layered on top of global market conditions.
It is also important to consider broader energy‑market trends. Crude oil prices reached $100 per barrel during the Biden administration, even in the absence of major global conflict. In contrast, recent market data show crude prices falling to approximately $60 per barrel, the lowest levels since 2025 (WTI at $59.64 and Brent at $63.63 in Q4 2025) during DJT Administration, while in a global conflict with Iran. Makes NO SENSE that Americans are blaming POTUS for higher costs. When he took office, gas prices dropped significantly and are now lower.
Under typical conditions, lower crude prices should translate into lower retail fuel prices. Yet Washington continues to experience some of the highest gasoline costs in the nation.
From a civics perspective, this raises a fundamental question about policy accountability: To what extent should Washington’s leadership acknowledge the role of state taxation, carbon‑pricing mechanisms, and regulatory choices in shaping the cost of gasoline for residents? Yet our Governor continues to gas light us by blaming the DJT Administration, which is a flat out misrepresentation. He wants us to believe this is a federal issue due to the current conflict, when in reality it is a state policy and taxation issue.
Fuel prices, housing costs, utilities, and food prices are influenced by a combination of federal, state, and local policies. In Washington’s case, the data shows that state‑level decisions play a substantial role in the higher cost structure experienced by residents not by federal policies.
Civic literacy requires examining these policies directly, understanding their impacts, and evaluating whether they align with the needs and economic realities of Washington’s communities.
@Luna_Jones79 🤣🤣🤣🤡…I have a response but I don’t think he would understand it — if he truly said this statement. He either has dementia and forgot our history, like uh, the Civil War? Or he is a complete ignorant imbecile.
My opinion is the latter. He is a complete moron.
This melts my ❤️…this is why God created cats and dogs to be loving companions and family members for us while we are here on earth. Cats and dogs are loyal, love unconditionally, and they are our true earthbound angels. God bless that pup and his new buddy. I pray they have a long wonderful relationship.
This is absolutely amazing. My autistic daughter is afraid of dogs but I know she would love this one. This just melts my heart because people on the severe side of the spectrum struggle everyday just to cope with everyday life. The fact that he petted him is a HUGE deal. God bless this man and his dog.
@elonmusk@CAgovernor
🤣🤣🤣 Wow, your ego is so over the top. You are a 🤡! The fact that you think you helped Elon with any of his hard work is ludicrous! You are beyond jealous and it shows in how insecure you truly are.
You’ve really outdone yourself, Slimy Newsom. California’s major companies are packing up and leaving, and somehow you’re acting surprised. Decades of runaway taxes, waste, and mismanagement didn’t just “happen” — they happened under your watch. And it’s not just businesses, your constituents are moving like drones, fast and furious.
And now you’re trying to take credit for Elon Musk’s success? Please. He built his reputation through innovation and hard work, not because California sprinkled magic dust on him. Maybe step off the high horse and focus on the job your constituents actually need you to do. Blaming everyone else won’t fix the mess. I would do something soon for your State before you end up in a prison cell, where you can’t do anything.
Gavin Newsom Says Elon Musk is ‘Turning His Back’ on California
“Regulation in California created the conditions that allowed him to take the risk to become the multi-billionaire, maybe trillionaire, that he’s become … Now he’s turning his back on the state that promoted him.”
It’s honestly concerning to see this level of resentment and hostility. Your former employers weren’t wrong — something is off, and it shows in how you treat people. The ongoing fixation on Charlie has gone far beyond normal criticism and now looks like an unhealthy obsession.
These constant conspiracy claims, pulled from nowhere and backed by nothing, are exhausting for everyone watching. You need peace, clarity, and healing. It’s time to let go of the anger and resentment and move forward. I truly hope you find faith, light, and a healthier path. Stepping back from the public forum might be the best thing for you.
Anyone else tired of celebrities announcing that if you’re “MAGA” or a “Trump supporter,” you shouldn’t watch their show, movie, or listen to their music? Why would any public figure discourage people from engaging with their work? Don’t they want to make a living?
You’d think they’d want to reach more people, not fewer. And no—MAGA folks aren’t abandoning their values, morals, or faith for Hollywood approval anyway.
This attitude is exactly why theatres and concerts are struggling. It’s not a “threat,” it’s just bad business.
It is really sad how resentful and angry so many entertainers have become. It feels like they’ve lost fans and now pretend it’s their choice to say “don’t watch or listen to me.” Just my opinion (not that it matters) — but it comes off more like damage control than confidence.
Thank you Bruno for your service and keeping our community safe. You are a beautiful and loving being that deserves to rest and be at peace. You will be greatly missed but know how much you were loved. Praying for the Sergeant and Bruno’s family. Losing a family member is never easy. RIP Bruno. 🌈
The Last Goodbye.
Arthritis is a cruel thief. When the end came, Bruno couldn't stand. Yet, in his final moments, he found the strength to reach up for one last hug. It's as if the K9 knew.
Eight years on the streets.
From the patrol car to the couch, Sergeant Paul Greer and his K9, Bruno, were inseparable.
Man’s best friend for a reason. Rest easy, partner.
Who else is happy that Spain took out Belgium today in the WC? I’m not rooting for Spain but I can’t stand Belgium and how disrespectful they are to the American people while in our Country. Bad behavior and disrespect does come with a price, a HUGE LOSS! Deuces Belgium! Where’s your dance now? Oh, it’s in loserville. 🤣🤣🤣 This just shows how being ungrateful and a lack of humility can turn on you and produce an unwanted outcome.
Go Norway! 🇳🇴

It’s refreshing to finally see someone willing to speak plainly and call out what’s happening in NYC. A son of an immigrant who was born and raised in NY, who went on to have an acting career, and is living his dream. He has the right to be upset about his city. What I can’t understand is how New Yorkers supported leadership that has taken the city so far from what it once represented. How did this happen? NYC has always been a gateway for immigrants and a symbol of American opportunity.
My grandparents came through Ellis Island from Norway and Finland with nothing, and followed the Immigration process the correct way. They didn’t receive handouts — they worked hard, built a life, raised strong, faith‑centered families, and believed deeply in the promise of America. We are proud Americans. That used to be the standard: work hard, contribute, and build something for the next generation.
Watching the city decline is painful for America. People across the country see what’s happening, and it’s changed how they view New York entirely. A place once known for opportunity now feels neglected and diminished.
What is happening NY’ers? How are you good with allowing this non-American come in and change your values, your culture and what you stand for…for what? America is watching NYC fall apart and become a dumpster fire. I can only imagine those who voted for this Communist are having regrets now that they see the city falling apart and becoming the Middle East.
We are praying for you, NYC. Praying that you remember the value of your city, the history it carries, and the incredible people who call it home. NYC has always been a place of strength, resilience, and opportunity — and it deserves leadership that reflects those qualities.
May God guide your hearts, give you clarity, and move you to protect what your state represents. We’re lifting you up in prayer and asking the Lord to bring wisdom, courage, and restoration to your communities.
