@virginmedia It would appear the only thing you can do properly is end a contract. Altho i have to say being able to drop my monthly cost by £30 because i say im leaving just confirms my suspicions that your prices are too high. Sky coming in a weeks time.

@virginmedia Thanks for trying, my issue is with virgin. The service is nowhere near worth the monthly fee. Pointless having a recording function on the box as its deleted everytime a network issue arises. I could go on but youve probably heard it all countless times. Im done with virgin.
