���Obecna zmiana klimatu postępuje 30x szybciej niż najszybsze znane nam naturalne zmiany i 100x szybciej od średniego tempa zmian klimatu z historii naturalnej Ziemi.

🔥Światowe emisje gazów cieplarnianych są na trajektorii, by po raz kolejny wzrosnąć.

🌪️Po raz pierwszy w historii pomiarów na Zachodnim Pacyfiku w listopadzie pojawiły się równolegle cztery cyklony tropikalne.

🌊Wzrost poziomu mórz przyspiesza. W latach 2014-2023 wyniosł on średnio 4,77 mm na rok, co oznacza, że poziom ten rośnie dwa razy szybciej niż w latach 1993-2002 (wtedy wzrastał o 2,13 mm/rok).

Mili Państwo, możemy zmieniać prezydentów, ministrów, polityki klimatyczne - ale nie zmienimy praw fizyki. Te zostaną z nami obojętnie od tego, jakie mamy sympatie polityczne.

The Russian military executed 16 (!!!) surrendered Ukrainian soldiers at sight.

This is the worst incident of POW execution known so far in this war.

It happened near Pokrovsk.

Look at what the Russians did - they lined the surrendered Ukrainians up, shot them all down, and then finished off those dying on the ground.

When some sneaky character says 'Ukrainians just need to surrender," -- this is the answer regarding what will happen if Ukraine "just surrenders" to Russia, which is absolutely out of its damn mind and sick with absolute sadism.

Behind the scenes, Western officials are saying that “land for (NATO) membership…is the only strategy on the table.”
Offering Russia Ukrainian territory in exchange for bringing #Ukraine into NATO is a strategy of surrender. It would hand Russia concessions for their illegal war of aggression: a declaration of impotence by NATO and a clear win for the Kremlin.
A win for the Kremlin would signal a green light to China and other would-be aggressors around the world, proving the West unwilling to defend a democratic ally even on our own doorstop, and therefore unlikely to defend allies elsewhere, as long as the aggressor has nukes.

‘Land for NATO membership’ fails on a further critical point: What territorial annexation do the officials pushing this think the Kremlin would accept in exchange for ‘letting’ the rest of Ukraine join NATO? Russia would sooner destroy Ukraine than see it in NATO; they’ve waged war since ten years to prevent precisely that outcome. They won’t accept, say, uncontested control of Crimea and the return of Kursk in exchange for an Article 5-protected Kyiv. Not when they see a weak, waffling West.

Lastly, what would the ‘land for NATO membership’ proponents propose to do about Russian war crimes? What if Russia demands not only Ukraine’s land, but also immunity for their grotesque atrocities? Should Ukraine let Russia keep the tens of thousands of children they’ve kidnapped in exchange for the future promise of Article 5?

NATO cannot afford a strategy of surrender. The path to peace is through degradation and deterrence: degrading Russia’s economy and military until they can no longer sustain their war machine, arming Ukraine with sufficient weaponry and security guarantees to fully deter Russia from any future aggression, and financing Ukraine’s defense and reconstruction with seized Russian assets.

W Nowym Jorku Prezydent RP wraz z Prezydentem USA i przywódcami państw G7 i UE podpisał deklarację w sprawie odbudowy Ukrainy. Zapytany, jak powinien wyglądać plan pokojowy dla Ukrainy, Andrzej Duda zapewnił, że zdania w tej kwestii nie zmienił.
