This is least expected thing, that you are helpless to receive back income tax refund I tried all the ways I can reach out the income tax department I tried all the. They are not responding at all. Some help would be helpful.

I am trying to get my income tax refund since August It is failed and now there is no update for it. I received failed mail twice but status on portal it still showing as "Requested Submitted" I have followed up so many times over mail with errors.
