Maybe the ICC knew Bangladesh would have thrown Sri Lanka out of the World Cup in the group stage, just like last time. That’s why they added Zimbabwe and Ireland, along with Australia, to the same group. If Bangladesh had been in that group, I’m sure Sri Lanka wouldn’t have even made it into the Super 8. 🐸
