Yesterday, the Executive Secretary NCDMB, Engr. Felix Omatsola Ogbe, visited the Board’s 10MW gas-fired power plant at Elebele, Ogbia LGA, which provides electricity to the Board’s facilities and some designated Bayelsa State Government offices.

The facility was developed by NCDMB, in partnership with the Nigerian Agip Oil and Gas Company (NAOC).
