Just wanted to thank everyone in the Roblox Twitter Community from the bottom of my heart, I was able to regain access to my account overnight with the help of everyones support❤️

Roblox randomly sent me a support ticket at 3AM reversing the email change. Really sucks that you gotta put them on blast to get an actual human involved in security incidents like this, but ultimately I felt as if I had no choice given the current state of the AI support chatbot.

Probably going to take a few weeks for all of the transactions on my account to be reversed, but honestly, I'd trade all of the limited items and Robux I lost just to have access to the account.

Hoping that whatever issue that's going on with Customer Support being able to bypass 2FA gets resolved quickly. Really scary to have a seemingly secure account get plucked out from underneath you with ease.

Someone just managed to steal my ROBLOX account, bypassing the two step verification that was set on my account, by apparently submitting a support ticket request.

Ive had this account for 17 years and took every step to secure it...multistep two factor authentication process with a passkey enabled.

No idea how its possible for customer support to just upend all of that on the whim of a single request, but apparently these guys had enough information to convince them that they were me.

I'm genuinely unsure if @roblox uses AI in determining whether these support requests are legit or not...either way, this is a MASSIVE problem that needs to be solved FAST before more accounts get compromised. Just unacceptable on so many different levels.
