Le buteur historique de l'Irak 🇮🇶, Aymen Hussein, a été retenu par les autorités américaines pendant sept heures pour un interrogatoire à son arrivée à l'aéroport de Chicago.

Aucune explication n'a évidemment été donnée par les Etats-Unis - des médias évoquent simplement une confusion de nom.

Pour rappel, le destin de l'attaquant avait été particulièrement bouleversé par l'invasion américaine de 2003 puisque son père (soldat) fut assassiné par Al-Qaïda quelques années plus tard et sa famille fit partie des "déplacés internes" comme des millions d'Irakiens (leur moyen de survie était le salaire de footballeur gagné par Aymen, alors un jeune adulte, à Bagdad)

Son grand frère (Atheer) fut également kidnappé par l'Etat islamique (qui contrôlait le village natal où la famille vivait, dans le nord du pays) et n'a jamais été retrouvé ; il est présumé mort

C'est Aymen, l'un des capitaines de l'équipe nationale, qui a marqué le but décisif envoyant son pays à la Coupe du Monde 40 ans après

C'est ce même Aymen qui a été reçu par le premier ministre irakien suite à la qualification en compagnie de sa maman.

Et c'est encore et toujours le souriant attaquant qui subit des interrogatoires de sept heures en arrivant sur le sol américain tel un potentiel terroriste mais que pouvait-il y faire ? Aymen Hussein est irakien, et cela semblait suffisant pour le priver de ses droits.
Confusion d'identité ou non, cela importait en réalité bien peu : si ce n'était pas lui, alors ce serait un autre - un Irakien de moins ou de plus, quelle différence cela ferait pour les Etats-Unis ?

Kalau boleh komentar soal PP 20/2026:
1. Mestinya nggak "cuma" karena masalahnya bukan sekadar teknikal. Justru ada bbrp hal mendasar perlu diantisipasi lebih lanjut. Saya setuju dg motif dasar PP, tapi memberi masukan mengenai timing dan transisinya.

2. Kita memang kehilangan golden momentum mengatur UMKM dg proper. Sejak PP 46/2013 lalu PP 23/2018, ekosistem UMKM tidak pernah dibangun secara komprehensif dan holistik. Misalnya kemudahan pembukuan, dukungan akses permodalan, dll. Telanjur dimanja karena beririsan dg konstituensi politik yang legit.

3. UMKM berbentuk CV/PT itu wajar saja karena ada rumpun kecil dan menengah. UU Cipta Kerja mencoba memperkuat aturan ttg UMKM. UU 7/2022 memfokuskan dukungan pada yg mikro dan kecil. Pemerintah sdh mulai memperkenalkan pembukuan sederhana dan ini bagus. Namun ini kan butuh waktu.

4. Di sisi lain benar belaka ada modus penghindaran pajak. Ada yg bikin perusahaan, bahkan belasan sampai ratusan, dg kategori UMKM demi menikmati tarif 0,5%. Ini celah yg mesti ditutup supaya terwujud keadilan bagi yg membayar pajak sesuai kewajiban yg sebenarnya.

5. Hanya saja, situasi dan kondisi saat ini sdg tidak mudah. Pelaku UMKM sedang berjuang utk hidup, alih2 meroket. Menjadi CV/PT kadang jadi pilihan yg tersedia saat mereka mau ambil peluang ikut tender kecil2an, atau mengakses pinjaman ke lembaga keuangan.

6. Maka menurut saya, PP 20/2026 sebenarnya bisa mengatur bertahap. CV/PT yang eligible ya tetap diberi hak menggunakan skema PPh UMKM sambil berproses agar mampu pembukuan yg baik dan paham administrasi perpajakan. Bagi yg terindikasi ada afiliasi ya tidak diperbolehkan. Sistem di DJP mestinya bisa melakukan ini.

7. Semua sdh telanjur berlaku. Semoga ada pertimbangan ulang atau relaksasi. Maksud pengaturan yg baik perlu konteks yang tepat. Apalagi dg banyaknya kebijakan big bang yg seolah mau diterapakan sekaligus buat konglo hingga UMKM, jangan sampai kita kehabisan nafas. Jangan lupa, mayoritas Fiskus dan WP baru sedikit bisa bernafas setelah setahun struggling dg Coretax.
