Closing a complaint with "Distributor informed" isn’t a solution, @MoPNG_eSeva it’s a deflection. My cylinder was booked on April 5th and has been "Out for Delivery" since the 6th.
"Informed" doesn't put a flame on my stove. Keep the ticket OPEN until it is actually DELIVERED.
