The poverty line, revised monthly to reflect inflation and cost‑of‑living changes, is based on the 2012/13 Household Income and Expenditure Survey and adjusted using the National Consumer Price Index.

It seems that @DubaiPoliceHQ has different rules for expatriates and local Emiratis. One of my friend’s bags was stolen at Deira City Centre (Carrefour) on 27th December. She contacted the police, but they didn’t take the complaint seriously and instead asked her to get 1/2

Dear @BimalRathnayake sir, just repairing the old buses is not enough. It has to be fully repaired from inside to outside. specially when it rains passengers can't even sit on seats they are so wet and water leaking from the roof, is this how good the bus repair is being done?
