I am extremely disappointed with @emirates airline for the poor service. I was travelling from Lusaka to London on 29th November 2022. @EmiratesSupport I was supposed to be charged $75 for excess baggage but instead they charged me Β£305. No apologies and not refund
#britishgas never never again. Plan hopeless. No customer care they are quick to get your money but they donβt want to deal with any issues from customers. Been waiting for a 24 hours call back. Itβs been 10 days. Me moving.
