These Pipes are blocking Footpath on both sides of Subway, Ask them to replace Hard plastic pipes with Flexible Pipes (yellow pipe) to avoid injury to pedestrians.

This patched road has again broke, look at the exposed metal bars in photo, can cause serious damage to people walking or small cars, arrange for repairs immediately.
