@alt_oids2 @N1colewilliams @geddahon @JustJ_RN No bc she actually pulled the vec-but in the versions of EPIC I’ve seen, when you override, it pulls up in the pt MAR-don’t know what hers was like, but a mistake like this, doesn’t just go unnoticed, there would be witnesses and the Pyxis would have record of her pulling vec

@geddahon @JustJ_RN It would have been traced back in the Pyxis that she pulled the vec and there likely would’ve been witnesses that saw her reconstitute and administer it

@JaymetheRN @LilRedRooster The Pyxis told her 5 diff times that she was pulling a paralytic,she had to override the alert 5 times and also explain in Pyxis why she was pulling a paralytic. It’s not a simple override and it’s not just a simple med error. This is a never event and could/should been avoided.

@barefootNP24 @drannamvaldez @badboiepi No she didn’t see versed-she didn’t know to look for it under “midazolam” she kept putting in “VE” the Pyxis told her 5 separate times that it was a paralytic, she had to go through 5 diff overrides from the machine letting her know it was a paralytic she was pulling,
