এদিকে Washington থেকে এল আরেকটি অস্বাভাবিক বার্তা—Tata, Cognizant, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, HCL-এর মতো ভারতীয় IT সংস্থাগুলিকে ঘিরে US labour certification policy-তে বড় পরিবর্তন। মানে এক কথায় ভারতীয়দের কাজে কোপ।

সবগুলোকে যদি একটা সুতোয় বাঁধা যায়? তাহলে গল্পটা আর শুধু অর্থনীতি বা প্রতিবাদের গল্প থাকে না। গল্পটা হয়ে যায় pressure architecture। প্রথমে অর্থনৈতিক চাপ। তারপর narrative pressure। তারপর digital amplification। তারপর street mobilisation। তারপর political alignment।

আর সবশেষে? Regime change. হ্যাঁ বাংলাদেশ- নেপালের কায়দায় সরকার ফেলে পুতুল বসানো। দুঃখের বিষয় অনেকে ভাবছেন একটা ভোটে জিতেছে মানে আর কোন ন্যারেটিভ যুদ্ধের আর কোন দরকার নেই। ন্যারেটিভ নিয়ে যারা লড়াই করত তাদেরকেও প্রশ্ন করা হচ্ছে, এসব এত কিছু এখন কী দরকার!

ওনারা বেশি বোঝেন, তাই চুপ থাকি। কিন্তু একটা regime change কখনও Netflix-এর মতো একদিনে হয় না। আগে তৈরি হয় discontent। তারপর তৈরি হয় narrative। তারপর তৈরি হয় momentum। আর momentum তৈরি হয়ে গেলে—

একটা ছোট্ট ফুলকি-ই যথেষ্ট। এই ধরুন পেপার লিক বা দেশে ভোট চুরি হচ্ছে গুজব ছড়িয়ে দাও। পুজোর সময়টা ভীষণ গুরুত্বপূর্ণ থাকবে- মিলিয়ে নেবেন। নভেম্বর মাসে অনেক কিছু পরিবর্তন করার চেষ্টা হবে রাস্তায় বেরিয়ে, সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ায়, নৈরাজ্য তৈরি করে, বিদেশি শক্তি ব্যবহার করে। ভারতের সরকারি কর্মকর্তারা বুঝছেন তো? এই যুদ্ধে একটাও বুলেট যে খরচ হবে না, একটা কামানও যে বের করতে হবে না, একটা যুদ্ধজাহাজও যে এগিয়ে যাবে না- স্রেফ ন্যারেটিভ তৈরি হবে, ভাঙা হবে, আগুন জ্বালাবে অ্যালগরিদম, ট্রেন্ডিং করা হবে অস্থিরতা। সরকারি অফিসের বড়বাবুরা একটা প্রেস রিলিজ দিলেই এই যুদ্ধ জিতবেন না!

No country has perfect coverage, including America, but Starlink can fill in the coverage gaps for those who most need it.
