Dear @SentientAGI community and team:
@shad_haq_@qzxcle@abhishek095@namyura_@hstyagi@0xsachi@oleg_golev@vivekkolli@sandeepnailwal
I normally wasn’t planning to make a tweet like this, but some of the extreme examples being shared compelled me to speak up.
People who pursued the educator path, received far fewer views than expected, yet still got the SentientAGI role… or those whose post count was far below the requirement but still received the same role… or even those whose contributions were limited to simple “chain posts,” yet somehow still earned the SentientAGI role.
While so many people were kept waiting under the so-called “time limit,” there were suspicious individuals who managed to speedrun the final role in a questionable way.
Helpers who have message counts far below what’s expected, who don’t actually “help” as expected, and even make the chat toxic and unpleasant for others.
People who were barely part of the community... whose presence was almost never seen... yet ended up rewarded.
And examples of people who constantly posted about different unrelated projects, instead of Sentient, yet were still given the SentientAGI role.
Meanwhile, on the other side, many people who rarely posted about anything other than Sentient, who regularly joined events, constantly tried to help others, met the expected post and view numbers, and who were objectively quite “early” compared to the examples above... were left out during evaluation.
Projects are built by people, and people can make mistakes. That’s normal. But trying to correct one mistake by creating even more extreme mistakes should never be the result. It damages trust.
And of course, no project is obligated to be “fair.” We’ve seen many examples of this in the past. But if a project claims “I am fair, everything is transparent,” then it must act in a way that avoids contradictions... and it must do so urgently.
I will share my portfolio with you as evidence of the effort I’ve put into the Sentient project. Alongside my belief in the project’s potential, I kindly request a reevaluation. There are many people in the same situation as me, and the project still has time to correct this.

I want to believe that you are open to feedback.
Thank you.
Gsenti frens,
We recently had a great @SentientAGI community call with Sandeep Nailwal, and thanks to @shad_haq_, I had the opportunity to ask my question to @vivekkolli.
I'll share the vid clip of it below.
My question to Vivek was:
"As a person working closely with Sandeep, what high achiever habits or behaviors have you observed in him?"
Vivek's answer:
"One is his appetite for risk. Maybe these two reasons are the reason why I chose to work at Sentient, because I knew specifically I could work with someone like Sandeep. So the first point is his appetite for risk. There is no risk that is out of the question. It's always, okay, let's put all the options on the board and let's see what can be done. Oftentimes the decisions that are presented, at times it's like, oh, this is the most obvious option. Everyone else is doing this. Let's do it. What I appreciate about Sandeep is he doesn't care about how things have been done before. It's about how things should be done for the sake of what we want. So in that case, it's the very first principle. Discussions oftentimes go longer, but the decision we come out with, we usually feel very, very confident because it's not like, oh, we're doing this just because they did this. And oftentimes that decision comes with a lot of risk, because you don't have to put anything up. You don't have to risk anything if you just copy whatever someone else has done. The second piece is his empathy and the way he treats everyone at the company. And this goes for all the co-founders as well and the culture that we built at Sentient. So I joined Sentient in December, 2024. I was 22 and by far the youngest person in the room. And the first meeting I was in was like a very actually critical meeting. We were figuring out the logistics of the fingerprinting campaign. And Sandeep stopped the conversation and asked me, OK, what do you think? What should we do? So Sentient has created this culture where anyone, regardless of seniority, age, position, is allowed to speak up and actually expected to speak up and share their opinion. Which I think is a very Amazon thing as well. But yeah, to put it briefly, those are the two main points that I've observed about Sentient and I really appreciate it."
grateful for shad, sandeep and vivek for the time, vision and openness they bring to this journey. every community call reminds us why sentient is special.
