I'm building Repolve bc fitness software should do more than recording sets.
We have all the data, but barely use it to decide what to change.
I'm doing it differently.
Repolve is live on iOS. 500+ beta testers so far, and we're just getting started.

What does it actually mean to build a research-backed fitness app?
Almost every fitness app claims to be backed by science. But there's a big difference between referencing research and translating it into a system that makes decisions.
That's also why we're launching our first research-focused reel: to make exercise science more accessible and share what we're learning along the way.
The bigger goal for Repolve is a training system that understands your progress and learns how to make better decisions.
I spent the last few months building a workout app around a question I could never answer from my training logs:
Am I actually getting stronger?
It’s finally live on the App Store :)

No fluff.
No login.
No guilt-trips.
Just clean routines, gentle habit loops, and a UI that doesn’t yell at you.
Already live on iOS (TestFlight):
✅ Guided flows
✅ Build-your-own
✅ Voice / silent mode
✅ Streaks & light tracking
✅ Public roadmap
@SJiaojiao@_nightsweekends@_buildspace@FarzaTV It does the job now. But I am working on more features and always try to make it more accurate. If you want to try it and help me with your feedbacks, just send me a dm and I will send you the link to the beta version
