@airtelindia I received a call on 27 April from your escalation team confirming that an Engineer has been assigned to install the box, but I have not yet heard back since then. Why is it taking so long to send the email to Engineer, so that he can come and install?

I received a SMS of offer of 10% discount but the same was not applied on the purchase done by me yesterday @belgianwaffleco , if offer was not applicable why did you misguide me by sending the SMS
Wrong GST charged @18% instead of 5% in the restaurant at Banyan Retreat Corbett Resort, bill not corrected even after pointing the mistake @ExcelResorts

@NICLofficial Extremely poor customer service. I’ve been emailing since 19-01-26 for cancellation of OD cover & issuance of NCB certificate, but only getting vague replies like “under process” or “visit branch.”
Visited branch was told it’s HO matter.
Now you’re asking for branch complaint details instead of resolving the issue!
Kindly issue my NCB certificate immediately. #CustomerServiceFail#Insurance#PoorService
