@shivamudgil UPI will boom irrespective. No charge on person to person (P2P) txns. Credit card firms & gateways charge merchants 1.5% to 3.5% on every txn amount, as MDR.

UPI charge = 0.4% (max cap 300)
Idea is to take away business from US credit card firms & push them out of sales cycle.
