Once I went to visit an SME Company to meet with the CFO, After having an hour long discussion I was still not sure what to conclude

After finishing the meeting when I sat in the car, My driver said ‘Sir it’s a very good company & will generate good returns’

I was bit surprised & asked how he came to this conclusion

He replied ‘While you went in the office, I was sitting with the Gatekeeper….

….He told that he has been working in this company since 20 years & in these years he gave quality education to his children….

….married them in a good family & during every need promoter provided required help even without asking

Promoters who cares for their employees has very high chances of caring for their Investors too

No surprise, Stock is almost 4x in just one year of listing
