Called up for rescheduling the flight times, which is taking more than an hour
Secondly, i was told that a full refund will be given, but after cancellation, the executive is not able to tell me the exact amount of refund nor commitment of full refund adhered
@IndiGo6E Already done twice
And as per commitment from the call centre executive, waiting for the amount (not looking for early credits in my account just wishing to know the balance)

1. How long does it take to issue police post payment of renewal?? Payment made on 25th, renewal due was on 27th
2 in case of medical urgency, whom should i call or what should i report in the hospital???
