In case anyone wonders how this panned out: a meaningless logged complaint and a suggestion that the seller claim on insurance. Mistakes happen but the lying bugs me: they invented a safe place that doesn’t exist, and left a valuable parcel outside my front door.
Well done @RoyalMail - agreed you’d delay my delivery as I requested, sent email confirmation , and instead have dumped it on my doorstep claiming that’s my nominated safe place - it is no such thing. Chaotic and dishonest.
