So disappointed in @nextofficial - made an order on Sunday with my PAID next day delivery. Items have still not arrived and I need them for tomorrow. No tracking or explanation.

@ZARA how hard is it to talk to a human at Zara after buying online? I have received a complete wrong order, returned it and now cannot hold of the order I originally placed.The Zara WhatsApp has me going round in circles with a different person each time who has no previous info

I’ve just sat on hold for 1hr 15 mins to be told the same thing I can see on the tracking system. I want to know why it’s not moving - we can’t afford to lose our holiday by having to wait any longer

@HM_Passport I urgently need an answer to why I have not received my daughters passport back when the application was processed weeks ago and nobody calls me back when I am put on the urgent callback list. Please can you call me

@zoe_kinniburgh @HM_Passport It’s a joke. The worst system I’ve ever experienced. I can’t even go in person as they have my daughters birth certificate and you can’t reorder a new one that is under 6 months old. We go away in 3 weeks and I need to know what the crack is

@HM_Passport But nobody returns the calls or emails and the tracking does not give anymore information since 7 February. You have both her passport and birth certificate which means I have no other means of arranging a face to face application. I need an update
