Being Nietzschean according to Nietzsche's own principles has nothing to do with being smart, or writing books. Elizabeth created a vision derived from her own principles, followed her own will to power, and pursued it to her death. That's Nietzschean.

She's also the primary reason we even know who her brother is. Love or or hate her (and Fritz himself certainly had mixed feelings), she made Nietzsche famous, and dedicated the final forty years of her life to that sole task.
