@omkarkatagi Hi Omkar, they used to reply in one or two days. But after the 23rd I haven't heard anything from them at all. I'm really upset with Singapore airlines, I can't believe how I'm being treated. I paid 2000 AUD for my flight but they won't reimburse 200,- for essential goods.
