3. Timing
Avoid screens before bed - they emit blue light that confuses your brain.
No caffeine after 2 PM.
And most importantly: Exercise, but not within 3 hours of bedtime.
These disrupt your brain's natural wind-down process.
You owe yourself one hour a day of self maintenance. It can include reading, journaling, exercising, dancing, taking a bath, watching your show, doing your skincare routine, meditating or sitting in silence. You owe it to yourself. It matters. It really does. Make it count
