I am from the Indian Armed Forces. After sales service is too poor. Issue of low cooling not getting rectified. I have spent hours with your customer care, but to no avail.

@BATA_India Atrocious dealing by your customer care. A detailed email of my issue was sent to customer care on 20 Sep. No response received till date. On calling customer care today, they had a very curt and rude reply that nothing can be done on the matter.
