@AmazonHelp That doesn’t really help when you order something and you expect it one day and it doesn’t show. Part of this was a gift. And this is NOT the first time. Amazon shouldn’t charge for a convenience that cannot be provided!

@amazon Amazon prime is a disappointment lately. My packages are late often. My current package, which contains a gift, is 15 mins from my house since 11:30 am. Now says will be delivered Tuesday. Why do we pay for prime if the 2 day shipping isn’t a thing anymore? FRUSTRATED

@AmazonHelp Yes the package is “running late”. Was to be here today by 9pm per the email. Customer service told me to wait until 6/22 for delivery. I’m frustrated
