⭐️ working out, even when you don't feel like it
⭐️ choosing bed over another episode on Netflix
⭐️ drinking enough water

You want abs? Start in the kitchen. Clean up your diet, drink your water, and pair a caloric deficit with intentional training.

As we head into 2022, some simple, habit based goals to think about adding to your list for a healthier new year:

💧drink a gallon of water a day
💤sleep 7-8 hours a day
🍳cook at least 15 meals/wk
🧘🏼‍♀️stretch & breathwork daily
���limit screen time before bed
🏋🏼‍♀️daily movement
