@drmartens Really struggling with your customer services department. Returned a pair of DMs via Royal Mail Tracked (as advised on your website), but looks like they haven't made it. DM saying the tracked number doesn't match the pre-paid returns at your end?? Need some help pls

@ArgosHelpers I've tried the website but I'm unable to get support for the product we bought. There was a broken clip for a wardrobe door and there is no spare part available. The doors don't function correctly without it. Can you help?
@DHLParcelUK Parcel only part delivered. Still awaiting the rest. Website says to be delivered yesterday! Can't speak to anybody via phone no despite website saying "talk to an advisor" and no response on Facebook after more than 10 hours when the website states a response in 4!
