অসম আৰু উত্তৰ-পূৰ্বাঞ্চলৰ বিপন্ন ভাষা, ভাষিক ঐতিহ্য আৰু সাংস্কৃতিক বৈচিত্ৰ্যৰ নথিভুক্তকৰণ, সংৰক্ষণ, গৱেষণা আৰু সংবৰ্ধনৰ লক্ষ্যৰে গঢ়ি তোলা এই কেন্দ্ৰটোৱে মাতৃভাষাভিত্তিক বহুভাষিক শিক্ষা, ৰাষ্ট্ৰীয় শিক্ষা নীতি (NEP) ২০২০ৰ উদ্দেশ্য বাস্তৱায়ন আৰু স্থানীয় সম্প্ৰদায়সমূহৰ সৈতে সহযোগিতামূলক গৱেষণাৰ দিশত এক নতুন অধ্যায়ৰ সূচনা কৰিব।

বৈঠকত বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ৰ পঞ্জীয়ক অধ্যাপক উৎপল শৰ্মা, শৈক্ষিক পঞ্জীয়ক অধ্যাপক ৰাজীৱ সন্দিকৈ, কেন্দ্ৰটোৰ নডেল বিষয়া ড⁰ পলাশ কুমাৰ নাথ, মূল কমিটিৰ সদস্যসকলৰ লগতে চিংফৌ, টাই ফাকে আৰু টাই খাময়াং সম্প্ৰদায়ৰ প্ৰতিনিধিসকলেও অংশগ্ৰহণ কৰি কেন্দ্ৰটোৰ ভৱিষ্যত কাৰ্যপন্থা সন্দৰ্ভত মতামত আৰু পৰামৰ্শ আগবঢ়ায়।

গুৱাহাটী বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে ভাষা আৰু সংস্কৃতিৰ সংৰক্ষণৰ ক্ষেত্ৰত এক দীৰ্ঘম্যাদী আৰু অৰ্থবহ দায়বদ্ধতাৰে আগবাঢ়ি যোৱাৰ এই প্ৰচেষ্টা উত্তৰ-পূৰ্বাঞ্চলৰ ভাষিক ঐতিহ্য সংৰক্ষণত এক মাইলৰ খুঁটি হিচাপে পৰিগণিত হ'ব।

@ranojpeguassam The other important factor is to provide provide proper training to the teachers to break traditional teaching methods and encourage them to embrace the learner centered method while respecting the prior indigenous knowledge of the learners in and outside the classroom.
