The NBA family mourns the passing of Stacey King, a three-time NBA champion and longtime Chicago Bulls television analyst. Stacey made his mark on the game as a player, coach and commentator. For more than 20 years on Bulls broadcasts, his passion, knowledge and unmistakable energy resonated with generations of fans. We extend our deepest condolences to Stacey’s family and friends and the Bulls organization.
Illinois freshman guard Keaton Wagler – ranked No. 5 in ESPN's Top 100 – has declared for the 2026 NBA draft, his agency ProMondo Sports tells me and @JeremyWoo. Wagler led the 28-9 Fighting Illini to the Final Four for the first time since 2005.
Chicago,
Thank you for welcoming me and my family 5 years ago. It was an honor to represent the Bulls, a historic franchise, and to play in front of some of the best fans in the world at the United Center!
While I hoped we could have achieved more together on the court, I will always be grateful for my time there and for everything this chapter gave me. My family and I will truly miss this city and all the incredible people we met along the way.
To the Bulls staff who I had the pleasure of working closest with - a special THANK YOU for the support, the laughs and the moments we shared throughout my time here. You all mean so much to me and those relationships will always be bigger than the game.
PS… As a big foodie, I really enjoyed all the great restaurants Chicago has to offer, on a downside, you have kinda ruined it for me for me wherever else I go!
