@MTNNG I paid for fibre x more than a month ago since April 30th and asked very clearly if my area was covered which the lady I spoke to said it was. After I made payment, an engineer came to the house and discovered my area wasn't covered which I was fine with.

@MTNNG I then asked for a refund two days later and it's now being a month of your customer service pushing me back and forth. I have called multiple times and your call center reps just keep telling me “it's processing”.
