I’m not trying to be racist, but the impressions that I got is actually coming from a certain group of people. Which now personally, I have a preference in terms of race when it comes to business partners or team members. Based on experience.

I think now I understand why some people within my age decided to build their career outside of this country. Because their capability is respected. Their voice is heard. But here? No matter how fancy your title is, if you’re young, you’re done.

And not just that, most people will definitely throw their anger to their business partner if things are going south in their pocket. Like sometimes I think that professionalism is 0 for some people.

Sometimes I wonder why people in Indonesia are still treating their business partners based on their age. Respect is earned by how many digits you have in your age. If you’re still young, no matter how brilliant you are, they will treat you like trash.
