G is wonderful for giving you exactly what you want, however many developers get caught in a positive bias, my belief is x therefore I will use terms that return evidence that support my opinions.

@nickbulljs I get the impression that there are quite a few silo developers whom have not needed to convey ideas across teams, a design pattern is not an invention but more an observation of a possible layout of code, being able to communicate layout within a team is the aim.
