Yeah... you have to direct them to the carriage ends! I found they never catch on to anything less than direct intervention. Isolating headphones was easier.

I am using TP-Link Deco in AP mode, it is better with home-run CAT5 but works without. Would not recommend using the router in them, I just run VyOS on an 8 port embedded PC. There are a lot of hardware revs though and some are not well updated on the firmware side.

@JamieFDHurst I found USB-C cables need to be either short or active and rated for 3.1 or 3.2 to do that, tight bandwidth / length / PD limits if they are not active cables.

@LisaForteUK I thought Netflix on most devices now uses a QR or number so you use the already logged in session from your own controlled device to authorise it, avoiding entering creds on the maybe hostile device.
