@LVREChronicles To be fair, the Las Vegas Realtors Buyers Broker Agreement the was released last week allows the buyer to cancel the agreement at any time without penalty. This is the “standard” form that most local Realtors will use, but some Brokers/offices/Realtors may create their own form.

@LVREChronicles What’s happening with the $5k? Is it for closing costs? If so, it should have been addressed in section 8, paragraph D of the RPA, rather than Additional Terms. Is it a check to the buyer at closing? I would guess that an underwriter would call it out if the escrow officer didn’t
