@xjaimethebeast @BlizzardCS We're having a similar issue, we think it's this (https://t.co/dEBZhZNenh) - if you have WaveG, are on West Coast, and playing on central server, this might be it. Setting up VPN is recommended solution.

@BlizzardCS Have submitted a ticket, but wanted to flag FYI that I can't log in to my chars in Korthia, Maw, Oribos. Can log in to one in Ardenweald, but sometimes NPCs and WQs aren't there, and twice I got ported from a WQ location back to H of the F. Weirdness abounds.
