@CoinDesk@FranciscoMemor SOL ETF coming soon. Why wouldn't it? Why would an ETF other than the one the President launched his meme coin on get approved?

@UpholdInc I’ve had nothing but good experiences with you.
Yesterday, my account was flagged for a random review.
It still hasn’t been released from the review.
I can’t transact and move assets to my non-custodial wallet.
Support hasn’t been helpful today
What now?
3️⃣rd🎁 Distribution of #CelsiusNetwork coming when❔ & how much😱...
There is more money coming to #CelsiusNetwork non-convenience creditors. Here is a break down of the largest bags:
Reserves
These are funds set aside due to contested claims, claim assertions, and ongoing litigation with creditors.
There are conflicting figures across two different documents and court statements.
In court, the debtors seemed to have implied that the reserves were entirely in crypto.
However, a separate document filed on the same date lists $46M in crypto and $213M in fiat.
Additionally, * $96M from corporate settlements needs to be deducted.
1st Doc (BTC 3071.6 , ETH 51222)
2nd Doc (BTC 535, ETH 8925 , $117,000,000)
These reserves are gradually being unlocked as claims are corrected, currently at a rate of approximately 750 claims per month (~250 per motion).
Total Claims:
4.05%(if the 2nd table is right) <-> 6.21%(if 264M is all in crypto converted in Eth & BTC at Jan 16 '24)
(Fluctuates w/ price & there could be some cash)
Holdbacks
These represent claims approved by the court and debtors, including accounts subject to clawbacks and funds creditors have yet to KYC and withdraw. If these $59M remain unclaimed by a date yet to be announced, they will be redistributed to other creditors. Estimated holdings $BTC 686 $ETH 11447.
Total Claims:
<2.2% (Fluctuates w/ price, there could be some cash, only a fraction will not be claimed)
Litigation Committee/Administration (@CelsiusLOC)
The lawyers and team in charge of pursuing debts, insiders, clawbacks & thieves. They take a cut of all recoveries and the recoveries are mainly in cash.
Total Claims (if disinvested today):
2.43% (247M-127M)
Tether (currently in discovery)
The core of the case revolves around bankruptcy rules and whether the Bitcoin used as collateral was the property of Celsius, not Tether. Under bankruptcy law, the loan should have been frozen and subject to court proceedings.
If it’s proven that Tether didn’t sell the BTC into the market, this could strengthen the case.
An interesting argument is that even if the Tether loan had been included in the Chapter 11 process, Tether would still have been made whole.
(CN is arguing back for 3 BTC Transfers[39.5K|15.7k|2.2k] & 100M in damages)
Total Claims (did not remove lawyer cut ~20%)
0%(lose) <-> 6.62%(Ch11 Prices) <-> 114,58% (Win property argument)
(If Celsius wins I want @otisa502 & @crypto___btc to praise tradFi and the lawyers 😂)
Equities First
When people call @Mashinsky a thief, it’s more of a meme. The real thief, by definition and scale, is @EquitiesFirst. When @CelsiusNetwork repaid its loan to EF, they claimed they couldn’t return the BTC. Instead, they agreed to pay Celsius $307M and 3,765 BTC. However, during the Chapter 11 process, they simply stopped paying 🤷♂️..
Total Claims: (Fluctuates w/ price, looks unlikely to have a good recovery)
$0 (only if EQ goes CH11)< x (new arrangement)< 13.57% (keeps the same agreement)
(CEO of Equities First Alexander Christy)
Recovery % of your Total Claims:
👍Low Estimate (In my view conservative, No EF)
11.98%
(4.05+0.2(10% holdbacks)+2.43+5.3(-20%))
🥂Hail Mary
117.85%
(4.05+1.1(50% holdbacks)+2.43+96.7(-20%)+10.85(-20%))
When?
It’s hard to predict, as everything depends on ongoing litigation and settlements. However, the resolution of the @tether case should trigger another distribution shortly after. If you hear this news, expect a distribution email. (always make sure it's legit first)
Is there more?
Yes, but it's a group of smaller assets. These include complex arrangements, like those with Stakehound and various clawbacks. However, it will likely be difficult to exceed $100M from these efforts.
*The settlement talks of a slightly lower value but I'm using the original 96M to be conservative.
