@CodeByBlazej Ruby was the first language I enjoyed. The idea of a language that cared about programmer happiness was revolutionary for me. I would never write anything with it again, it’s not the right tool for any of the things I currently do, but I have fond memories.

Calling the static method does not require an instance, so there’s no problem that the instance is null. It’s basically another way of saying R::foo().

The problem is not the code, the problem is why would you do this.
