@IvystormVt_ Itd be hard to impossible to spend all that money in that short of time. No business, company, or broker is going to let a no name person walk in and start dumping 7 figure sums. That is a massive red flag.
@CTownEnjoyer The most this does is place BaM at less fault. And the original signer of the contract at the greatest. But a contract is still a contract if lawfully signed.
@chrismelbz I've put about 50 hrs i to it and it has never had a game breaking bug or brick. At most save, exit, reload, all fixed. But i also understand that I dont judge the final product when that product is ~3years away.
@mermaid_law@TheKinoGrove Outside of an extenuating circumstance, which is unlikely given everything we can see from the court records, she has lost the case and tmk will now only be arguing how much she owes.

Pretty easy to find.
@glassesdorkface@JoshP202021@noahsamsen_ ...makes something like defamation even easier to prove. But none the less, the 1st amendment protect you when you are saying things that are probably true.
@glassesdorkface@JoshP202021@noahsamsen_ This is dangerously incorrect. While in same cases being publicly well known does have some legal consequences, the line between criticism and defamation does not get moved. You cannot knowingly lie about someone, and the fact that both parties are well known...
@lambocalypse@noahsamsen_ If you can't pay the fine and do the time you better not do the crime. Additionally proving defamation/slander is probably one of the harder cases to prove. And many lawyers arent going to advice a suit unless there is a good chance of winning.
