Try and cook your rice as per packet instructions or until al dente, made a mistake and overcooked the first time I tried it out and ended up with a bowl of oats instead of creamy rice.

There’s lots of versions of risotto and this is just but one, I will be sharing more Aling the way.

One of my kids makes things out of anything. Before you throw boxes or tins you have to pass them by her so she can pick what she can use. Reminds me of how I'd pick beer cans and make sufurias for kalongo and my mum would really gonga me 😅
