A. One need not pray in public.
In Matthew 6:5–6, Jesus warns against praying “to be seen and praised by others”. He says not to imitate those who pray in public places for attention, and advises praying privately to God.

This is not a ban on praying in public. The point is the motive: prayer should be sincere, not a performance.

Prayer which impinges on another’s freedom should be seen as selfish and sinful, not pleasing to God.

Different fight, same institution, same pattern: rules for everyone except the regimes it’s afraid to name.

The mechanics check out. Mayorkas' CHNV program flew inadmissible migrants directly onto U.S. soil and paroled them in — 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝟒𝟎𝟎,𝟎𝟎𝟎 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 under that program alone (House Homeland Security Committee) — while the Supreme Court would later let Trump's DHS unwind parole status for roughly half a million migrants total (SCOTUSblog). Parole meant a work permit. A work permit meant a Social Security number. And in state after blue state, that was enough to get near a ballot.
