@AvvnlPro @RajCMO total consumed units are= 28 kwh, but bill generated is not of zero amount. Helpline number didn't help. 2 different bill of same month (online-122/-, offline-194/-) showing unit consumption same in each but bill amount different. @DainikBhaskar @rpbreakingnews
