Enrich crest duo UV install 20th April, within 2 weeks machine depended dirty water at random intervals. Complaint raised on 29th Apr, after 23 days, since yesterday escalation team insists on video for resolving the complaint. Very poor service.
It’s been 2 days and no response on this post. That shipped how seriously you view your customer grievances. I’m going to go ahead and ask for a refund of this machine and no more any resolution. Good bye to Eureka products.

@EncalmIndia Later his senior, Manager Mr. Amit Kumar came and apologised, Bhaskar was in the lounge but didn’t have the decency to come. He was outside rude and behaved as if he’s distributing free lunch. Not the kind of people who should be working in the Service Industry
@EncalmIndia on my Amex Platinum Charge Card I was denied entry today by Asst. Mgr Bhaskar. He insisted on boarding card. I told him I’m travelling out as Crew. Eventually after I insisted & after speaking to his senior he gave me entry & asked me to make sure I don’t cross 2hrs
@airindia our flight from IXU to BOM AI400 cancelled today. Not able to contact Air India by any means for refund. All three numbers listed on the website not reachable. Manage booking on the app and site not recognising last name.
@airindia it’s surprising that you take this long to close a simple case.
Quote - (CAR) Section 3, Series M, Part IV, “ In case of cancellation, the airlines have to either provide an alternate flight or provide compensation in addition to the full refund of the air ticket.”
