Women standing up for themselves is bringing about a much-needed revolution. Men need to respect women, be more sensitive towards them and not objectify them. This sensitivity and respect must be instilled from the teenage years.

Young men must also learn to manage and channel lust, aggression and other strong impulses in healthy ways. Music, dance, physical exercise, yoga and meditation can all help. Pranayama can be very effective in cultivating greater balance, sensitivity, sensibility and empathy.
